Shipping:

You will have two choices of shipping, UPS Ground - at a cost of $4.99 per item, or United States Postal Service- at a cost of $3.99 per item. If you live in the state of Kentucky you will also have a tax rate of 6% on the total product amount. (You are not charged tax on shipping amount.)

*Most orders will be shipped within 2 days but if a item is on back order, you will be sent an e-mail and it could be up to 7 days  before it ships.*

Return - Exchamge - Refund:

You may return any item , except jewelry for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Jewelry can not be repalced or exchanged as we only have 1 of that item. We will only do a refund on jewelry, if you return it. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. If you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your next billing statement minus any shipping fees and a $5.00 handling fee.(Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.)
